Sources close to director Selvaraghavan say that the title is apt for the psychological thriller that he is making. However, there is a small hitch. A film with a similar title was released in the 80s. It had Sivaji Ganesan, Sujatha and Sri Deviin the lead and was directed by AC Trilogachandar. Hectic negotiations are going on with the producers of the earlier film, and if all goes well, Kamal's film will have the title Vishwaroopam.
Meanwhile, pre-production work on the film, in which Sonakshi Sinha plays the heroine, is getting completed. The shoot is expected to start in April.
